📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide solutions.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure security.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Knowledge of IT systemshardwaresoftwareand network infrastructure.Soft skills: Excellent communicationproblem-solvingand customer service skills.Language skills: Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
