In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other staff to ensure that all event logistics are handled efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Decorate and set up event venues, ensuring they are ready for the event.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Handle post-event follow-ups and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
