📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in patient care and treatment.,Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the head nurse.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the head nurse.,Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.,Support the head nurse in conducting patient assessments and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in providing care to patients with various medical conditions.,Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures.
