You will use tools like BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline our recruitment process and ensure we find the best candidates for our team. Additionally, you will collaborate with our HRIS team to maintain our employee data and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, using tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain employee data and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven experience in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
