📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
