Seed Prime Dinamis is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to take on the challenge, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing timely and effective support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Document IT processes and procedures, and provide training to new employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT department.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that IT systems and services meet their needs and requirements.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common productivity software.
  • Experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
