In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions that meet client needs.,Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and upselling.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and best practices.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop tailored solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
