📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tutoring programs and curricula.,Lead and mentor a team of tutors, providing guidance and support.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to improve educational outcomes.,Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions for tutors.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Evaluate and assess the performance of tutors and provide constructive feedback.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tutoring or education.,Proven track record of successful student outcomes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Certification in teaching or education is a plus.
