As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, and coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including repairs and servicing.
  • Track and analyze vehicle performance and usage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and insurance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive fleet management system.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet status and performance to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.

    <p>To be successful in this roleyou should have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices. You should also be proficient in using fleet management software and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is a plus.</p>
