📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers via email, phone, and chat.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
