Puskesmas Indra Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and safety of the food served to our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for providing excellent healthcare services through nutrition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, menu development, and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and hygiene standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide nutritious and balanced meals for patients and staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies for kitchen operations.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance food service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
