📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mining site, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production, cost, and safety.,Manage and mentor a team of mine operations personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mining operations with other business functions.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven experience in managing and leading mine operations teams.,Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
