Salon Rama Gadget is a leading technology company in Bali, seeking an experienced Assistant HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and data.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
