📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Provide support to the recruitment team as needed.,Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and plans.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
