📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and analyze production costs using SAP and other relevant software
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and financial statements
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the management team
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar cost accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
