Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Preparing and maintaining ingredients and supplies.
• Assisting with food cost control and inventory management.
• Participating in kitchen staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assisting with menu planning and development.
• Ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
