In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the Store Admin in achieving store goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee cash handling and banking procedures to ensure accurate and timely transactions.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked store.,Assist in training and mentoring new store staff.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Admin.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in organizing store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
