📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance costs.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Ensure that all fleet operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
