In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to support the professional growth of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions to address those needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and other learning resources.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide regular reports on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Experience in designing and developing e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
