📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales activities in the assigned area.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Provide training and support to sales teams.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
