📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure account goals are met.,Identify and address customer issues and concerns promptly.,Participate in business development activities and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
