📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving financial performance.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Certifications in financial management or related fields are a plus.
