ECHO Sejahtera is seeking a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience with remote work is a plus.
