📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and graphics.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.,Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas.,Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing social media platforms and increasing engagement.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
