📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.,Manage the inventory of ingredients and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook in a similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to manage and supervise a team.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
