📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to, document management, travel arrangements, and vendor negotiations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company meets its operational targets.,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes related to business operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Affairs or similar role in a corporate environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
