As a Shipping and Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing the shipping process, coordinating with our logistics partners, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the entire shipping process from order picking to delivery,Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders,Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and delivery,Maintain accurate records of shipping and delivery information,Assist in the development and implementation of shipping and customer service policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service,Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
