Grade Control Specialist - Mining & Natural Resources

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct sampling and analysis of ore and waste materials to ensure accurate grade control.
• Collaborate with geologists, mining engineers, and other specialists to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Develop and maintain grade control plans and procedures in compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Utilize advanced software and tools, such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar, for data management and analysis.
• Monitor and report on grade control performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a safe and productive work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grade control or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certification in grade control or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations, such as SAMREC, JORC, or similar.
• Experience with advanced software and tools, such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
