You'll work closely with our team of virtual assistants to ensure seamless integration of services, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Zoom for effective communication and project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead a team of virtual assistants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement using tools like SurveyMonkey and NetPromoter Score (NPS).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer success strategies.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, using tools like Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and resources to clients and virtual assistants to maximize the value of our services.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our customer success initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with customer success tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
