📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document business processes related to finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in the finance or accounting domain.
• Certification in FICO or similar finance and accounting systems (e.g., SAP FICO, Oracle Financials).
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
