📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer orders from initiation to completion using Salesforce and QuickBooks
• Process and fulfill orders, ensuring timely delivery of services
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with sales representatives, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management or a similar role
• Proficient in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and other order management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the corporate language training industry is a plus
