📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Provide regular reports on inventory status, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
