📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of trainers and facilitators to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Identify training needs and design customized training solutions to enhance the skills and capabilities of plant personnel.
• Conduct needs assessments, job analyses, and competency mapping to ensure training programs align with operational goals.
• Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve training outcomes.
• Collaborate with plant managers and supervisors to integrate training programs into the operational workflow.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft 365 to streamline training processes and ensure seamless integration with operational systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on industrial or operational environments.
• Certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Associate in Learning and Performance (CALP), is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365, with experience in using these tools to manage training programs.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs that drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with plant managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
